Scope

These pages explain how Cenelira handles account data, service usage, and platform-facing compliance requests.

How to request deletion

To delete your Cenelira account data, email [email protected] from the email attached to your Cenelira account.

If possible, include the workspace name and any connected platform accounts you want us to review so we can process the request more accurately and quickly.

What deletion covers

A completed account deletion request is intended to remove or deactivate the user account, uploaded media, schedule history, connected-platform tokens and metadata, and other account-linked operational records that are no longer needed.

If your account belongs to a shared workspace, we may need to preserve limited workspace records that belong to the workspace itself rather than to you alone. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, we may need to coordinate workspace closure or ownership transfer before final deletion can be completed.

What may be retained

Even after deletion, Cenelira may retain limited information for a reasonable period where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse handling, dispute resolution, security investigations, or short-lived backup restoration.

Deleting your Cenelira account does not automatically remove content that was already published to a third-party platform. That content must usually be removed on the platform where it was published.

Disconnecting and revoking third-party access

You can disconnect supported platforms from inside Cenelira. You can also revoke access directly with the provider. For Google-connected services, visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Revoking provider access may stop future publishing immediately, but it does not by itself delete your Cenelira account unless you also request deletion from us.

Meta deletion callbacks

If you removed Cenelira from Facebook or Instagram and were sent here through Meta’s data deletion flow, Cenelira processes those callbacks at /api/meta/data-deletion.

After the callback is received, Meta requires a confirmation code and status URL. That status page is available at /data-deletion/status.

Status and follow-up

If we need to verify identity, clarify workspace ownership, or resolve an active support or security issue before deletion, we may contact you at the account email before completing the request.
