Acceptance and scope
Cenelira provides software to upload media, prepare posts, schedule publishing, hand off deliverables, and publish or attempt to publish content to supported third-party platforms. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Eligibility and authority
You may use the service only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and the authority to manage the accounts, channels, pages, workspaces, and content you connect or submit through Cenelira.
Accounts, workspaces, and security
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and within your workspace.
- You must keep your login access, connected platform accounts, and tokens secure.
- You must maintain accurate account information and keep workspace roles and invitations under appropriate control.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Cenelira permission to host, process, transform, transmit, and store it only as needed to provide scheduling, publishing, retries, diagnostics, support, and related operational workflows that you request.
You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload, schedule, export, or publish:
- is lawful and does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contract rights;
- complies with platform-specific rules, disclosure obligations, and content restrictions;
- matches the publishing targets and settings you selected.
Connected platform services
Cenelira depends on APIs, permissions, authentication flows, and policy rules controlled by third-party providers such as Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and X. Those providers can change capabilities, limit features, revoke access, reject content, or require additional review at any time.
If you use YouTube-related functionality, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Availability, beta features, and no guarantee of publication
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful delivery to every platform, continued access to any provider API, or that a third-party platform will approve, display, or retain published content.
Some features may be beta, limited, or handoff-only. Provider-side moderation, rate limits, outages, scope changes, authentication failures, or policy enforcement can interrupt or block publication even when the product accepts a schedule.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, disconnect, or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to platform-enforcement risk, address security incidents, or enforce these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
You may stop using the service at any time, but published content that already reached a third-party platform must generally be removed there separately.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenelira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, or third-party platform actions arising from or related to your use of the service.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees, if any, paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the service or these terms as the product, third-party platform requirements, or legal obligations change. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
